The Community Engagement Division works to provide community service opportunities by building partnerships with governmental and private institutions and civil society organizations to provide quality opportunities in the field of social responsibility that constitute an added value for university students and employees within the center's programs and projects.
The division holds meetings and field visits with many entities that express their desire to participate in providing community services in a manner consistent with its social responsibility programs and that supports the university's goals and objectives.
The division is also responsible for networking with potential partners, coordinating areas of cooperation, setting partnership objectives and areas of work, and concluding cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding with organizations working in the field of volunteering and serving various segments of society. This is to provide volunteering and community service opportunities, in accordance with the center's community responsibility projects.
In addition to providing opportunities for giving and donations by networking with individuals and entities that support and donate to the center's projects and programs, the division seeks to establish an effective network of partnerships with institutions and entities capable of providing in-kind and financial support, ensuring the enhancement of the performance of these programs, maintaining their sustainability, and fostering shared social responsibility between the university and the community.
